Refunds & returns
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to the handmade nature of these Items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your purchase, please let me know so that I can try to resolve the issue. If a return is granted, the buyer will only be refunded for the original purchase and the original shipping cost. The buyer will not be refunded the cost of shipping the item back to AndCro Creations.
Shipping
Each piece is made by hand, so please allow a little time for me to create your order. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, and made-to-order pieces may take longer (noted on the listing). Once your order ships you'll receive tracking by email; delivery times then vary by location and carrier.
